KACE Cloud MDM Privacy Policy

KACE Cloud MDM is a mobile device management product that extends corporate, enterprise security to your mobile device.

With KACE Cloud MDM, security administrators of your company can

collect data from your mobile device including any managed and social account information,
set policies and restrictions on the device,
and perform functions such as clearing a passcode and resetting/erasing a device.

To perform these functions, the KACE Cloud MDM Agent must be installed on your mobile device. The installation / enrollment process grants the Agent Device Administration permission to perform such tasks as locking your device, controlling passcode policies, or wiping the device remotely.

Data collected by the agent is used solely for the purpose of aiding in the administration and management of the device, and may include device, network, app, account, and location information. Private information, such as text messages, emails, photos, videos or other similar data, is never collected by this app. Any personal information collected is handled in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy of Quest Software Inc.
